All funds collected in the name of Kemak Foundation are paid into a bank account approved by the Board of Trustees and used to achieve the aims of the foundation. A 10% Facilities & Administrative indirect cost rate applies to project budgets unless otherwise agreed, and the books of accounts are audited annually by an independent auditor.
